2. Description of service
NormLedger is a compliance governance platform. It assists with European Accessibility Act (EAA) accessibility compliance workflow, evidence management, scanning, and statement generation. It is not a legal advisor. Compliance determinations are made by the customer organisation, not the platform.
3. Account and organisation

- Organisation admins are responsible for all activity under their organisation
- Access may be invite-only during beta; self-serve signup is available after public launch
4. Acceptable use

- You may not use NormLedger to scan competitor sites maliciously or without authorisation
- Prospect scans are limited to one scan per domain per 24 hours and are intended for your own or your clients' sites
5. Evidence log and compliance records
- Evidence log entries are append-only and cannot be deleted. This is a core feature, not a limitation.
- NormLedger stores compliance records on your behalf. You retain ownership of your data.
- NormLedger is not responsible for the accuracy of compliance determinations you make using the platform.
6. Subscriptions and billing

- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued for the current or any prior period except in the case of a billing error.
