Methodology
Every WCAG 2.1 AA criterion gets a recorded outcome.
50 of 50 WCAG 2.1 AA criteria checked automatically on every scan: 11 decided by the scan; 24 failures found by the scan - you confirm the pass; 15 possible problems flagged - you decide. Every answer is recorded in your evidence log.
Scope labels
- WCAG 2.1 AA: 50 of 50 checked automatically on every scan.
- WCAG 2.2 AA: 55 of 55 checked automatically (12 decided, 26 confirm the pass, 17 you decide, 0 guided).
- WCAG 2.2 AAA stretch (AAA view): 3 of 3 proven (1 decided, 2 confirm the pass) - 2.4.12, 2.4.13, 3.3.9.
- All WCAG 2.x criteria (87, including 4.1.1) only with the AAA view.
What you get
A recorded outcome for every criterion in your declared profile, an evidence log entry for every confirmation, and a guided checklist where no tool can decide.
What no scanner can do
- Does not replace a legal assessment.
- A pass is not a guarantee of conformance.
- Never submits forms or completes purchases.
- Logged-in areas only when you set them up.
- PDF checks are limited to linked documents within size and time caps.
- Native apps are not tested.
