- What happens to my data if I stop paying?
- Your data is preserved. You can choose a plan to continue, or contact us if you need more time to decide.
- Can I change plans later?
- Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period.
- Is this per seat or per organisation?
- Per organisation. Every member of your compliance team is included in the team member count for your plan - not billed separately.
- What is a regulation module?
- A regulation module is the set of obligations, evidence requirements, and checks for one specific regulation. NormLedger currently supports EAA (European Accessibility Act / EN 301 549). NIS2 (cybersecurity governance) is in development.
- What happens when I choose my regulation?
- You select which regulation your organisation needs to comply with. NormLedger configures your evidence log, compliance checks, and statement template accordingly. Governance includes every compliance zone at no extra cost as new modules ship.
- What is the European Accessibility Act?
- The EAA (Directive 2019/882) requires private-sector organisations in EU member states to make their digital products accessible to people with disabilities. The deadline for existing products was June 2025. NormLedger helps you govern, evidence, and prove your compliance.
- Does NormLedger cover WCAG 2.1 AA?
- Yes. NormLedger's scan engine tests against WCAG 2.1 AA criteria (the EN 301 549 standard referenced by the EAA). Our automated engine covers approximately 80% of criteria. The remaining 20% requires human expert review - NormLedger structures that review and tracks it in your evidence log.
